Happy FRIDAY!! It is a beautiful day today so I'm going to take a walk after work with my family - one of my favorite things to do.

Fell off the carb wagon last night but I'm not going to let it get me down! This is the beginning of my exercise week (Friday thru Tuesday) so I'm going to work off the carbs at the gym this evening.
Cardio: 15 min on the elliptical, 45 min of circuit strength training
Food:
B - Canadian Bacon Scramble
S - Coffee Protein Shake
L - Isopure No Carb Drink
S - String Cheese
D - Grill Top Round Steak & Steamed Veggies
Calories = 1128 Fat = 40 Carbs = 27 Protein = 157

Birthday's commin up. Its actually Sunday but I'll be celebrating Saturday to allot for recovery time hehe. It'll be my 'cheat' day for sure, so I'm keeping on track today to not feel too guilty for all the wine/sake and su****omorrow. We're talkin shopping at JoAnn Fabrics for crafty project funness, a massage and pedicure, shopping for a nice new dress to go out for sushi in... then a nice night at home with my husband and a bottle of wine, and tons of leftover sushi. I'm allowed a little indulgence sometimes I think. I'm not excited about being another year older, but who ever is (besides kids under 21).
No gym this morning, had a job interview. Went pretty good.

I had a great cardio workout this morning and will be starting my new "ab series" later this afternoon. My food for today:
Breakfast - lean dessert protein
Snack - atkins protein bar
Lunch - ham, cheese on 1 slice healthy life
Snack - apple w/pb2
Dinner - steak w/grilled veggies
Snack - 0 fage w/sf caramel

45 mins - Free weight training w/ PT
30 mins - Dancing

S - Snyder Old Tyme Pretzels
