from day #3 of 5dpt..... bummer.... I know I shouldn't care but wanted to get 30 pounds off this week!  Ha Ha just kidding but you know how our minds work. I am disappointed but realize if I keep doing what I am doing the loss will continue. Maybe I shouldn't weigh everyday but it gives me something to look forward to or NOT depending on the results. Feeling discouraged this morning with two days left and a whole lot of protein in my future. Gonna try to give myself an attitude adjustment. Working a strange shift today and hoping I don't use it as an excuse to overindulge. Tired=overeating. Planning on cottage cheese, canned salmon, seasoned burger, jello, broth, and lots of liquids today... water, coffee ( haven't given it up yet) , tea and crystal lite.

You are doing great - just remember that you've already lost 6lbs so far - your body can't perform miracles, so don't expect it to!  :o)

Weigh everyday if you need to, BUT don't allow it to affect your mood (therefore potentially your eating) if you don't see what you want to see.  Look at the overall picture rather than the day to day - just think 6lbs in three days - AMAZING!!!!!!!!!

Hang in there!  I lost 7 pounds in the first two days and none for the last three.  I have, however dropped another 6 pounds since the end of the 5dpt.  The goal is not just weight loss but re-programing yourself with correct WLS habits.  Stick with it, you're doing great!

Have a blessed day!
