Did You Move To Lose Today? 67 Days Until Summer!

Hey BOTTs, 

It's another cold, rainy day here today.  It's hard to get motivated when the weather is like this...But we know we have to MOVE TO LOSE  

I am hitting the cardio hard with a rotation set.  I am going to set up 3 or 4 different exercises for abs and 8-10 reps and 4 sets without stopping.  I never did this before working out with my son and he was telling me this was a great way to get your cadio in. 

Well I was like no, you have to run/jump/walk or something like that to get a good cardio in.  Well....I was wrong 

This is a really GREAT way to get your cardio in.  You can do this at home as well...

So BOTTs, Did You Move To Lose and or Maintain Today?  Come on, we have 67 days before Summer

Today I did the 2 miles Walk Away the Pounds DVD with stretchie band.  I normally do 1 mile, but I needed to go the extra mile today to burn off some carbs.  Thanks for the motivation!

Another 25 minutes at 3mph at the gym - Once I can handle 30 minutes (which should be another week) I start weight training!

Can I borrow your son for a while?

Today will be at least 30 min on WiiFit.  Climbed the one flight of stairs to my office this morning rather than taking the escalator - but not quite ready to commit to climbing to my 7th floor condo when I get home this evening.
