Thanks for caring   You guys cannot get me back on track but it sure does help to know you're out ther rooting for me

It's time I quit clowning around and got back on track.  Tonight I'm going to go home from work - get on my WiiFit program - go to bed and cover up my head and not eat even one bite of anything after supper.  If I'm miserable for the night - so be it (if I don't want to be miserable, will just have to change my thinking - it's my choice) I will feel so good in the morning for having a good BOTT day today.  Will check in in the morning.

Hi Everyone!!!

Here's my check-in for today:

Cardio:
1 Mile WATP with stretchie band

Food:
B- Protein shake

S- Protein bar

L- Turkey sausage flatbread (ate the insides and one or two bites of the bread)

S- Protein Kruncheeze

D- (Salmon with turkey bacon) and some veggies

S- Fiber One yogurt

          Loving me...every day...for the rest of my life!
