Did You Move To Lose Today BOTTs? 68 Days Until Summer!
I hope your Easter weekend was a great one!! Did those chocolate bunnies find their way to your tummy? Don't look back unless you are headed there and let's get it kickin....
I have decided to take an entire week and do nothing but cardio, I am trying to kick start my fat burn. I believe in resistance and weight lifting BIG TIME, but also believe in mixing it up and doing cardio only.
It's cold and raining today so I am going to do my treadmill during lunch and then bag work tonight when I get off work
Please note it's only 68 days before summer officially starts...shorts, swim suits, sleeveless tops, let's keep that number in mind, that is almost 10 weeks! You can make some serious difference in 10 weeks so let's MOVE TO LOSE
So BOTTs, Did You Move To Lose and or Maintain Today? Come on in and let us know what you plan on doing the next 68 days?
Take care,
Kathy

I spent 25 minutes on the treadmill today at 3 MPH - I've just started going to the gym in the past week (this is my second Monday there) so I'm just trying to get moving before I add in anything more strenuous. My plan for the next 68 days? The gym at least 5 days a week and adding upper/lower body resistance work.
Planet Fitness FTW!

Hi Kathy,
I am posting this to begin my accountability. My lowest weight was 150. I am now at 158. I absolutely hate this. I must admit I feel very discouraged. For whatever reason, I have felt powerless against food. I have been grazing on all kinds of things. Fortunatly, I am almost 2 1/2 years out and have not touched the first bite of sugar. I was a severe diabetic and have vowed to never go back to sugar.
I go to bed at night knowing I have what it takes to overcome this. I refuse to be one of the statistics that gains back their weight. I really need encouragement. I want to get down to 145. That will be a 13 lb. weight loss. Totally a realistic goal to reach before summer.
Must get my mind set on the goal and not look back!!
Thanks for the forum!!
