What the heck happened? .....I got on the scale this morning and I've gained 10lbs. in I would say about 2 to 3 weeks.  Can I jump off the bridge now...oh my gosh.  I use to weigh myself every morning and I stopped.  I said I was going to stop what I thought was being a slave to the scale.  I feel like I've fallen and bumped my stupid head or something, this is a dream right....I could just cry .  Alright now I'm back on protein and water for the rest of my life!  There's no celebrating in Easterville tonight!

You're right, and I'm on it Barb...first thing in the AM.  I'm at work right now and won't get off until late, but I've already got my game plan.  I had slacked up on my exercise...in fact I would love for my trainer to work me out like they do on the Biggest Loser, but that's not realistic. I just need somebody to zap me!

Don't beat yourself up!  It definitely could have been much more.  Also, a good portion may just be water weight that's screwing with the scale!!!

I think we could ALL use a Biggest Loser trainer.  THEY DON'T PLAY, LOL!

You know Roosky, Bob and Jillian  are brutal.  Maybe if I write to both of them one of them will take pity on me and show up on my doorstep.  I think I can last a couple of hours with at least one of them.

LOL!  You can do it, and we all have faith in you.  Measuring daily has helped me too.  I think it's important to also note what time of the day it is (AM, PM) and if the measurement was pre- or post-meal.

Wishing you only the best!

I have heard more and more information to support weighing yourself daily.  Personally I am completely scale obsessed and could step on it about 10 times a day if I let myself.  But I do find that weighing each morning does help me stay on track and shows me a pattern of water gain and the like.
Just increase that protein and water and get off those simple carbs!  You can do it!!!

Thanks Jen...because I would hate to take that walk to the bridge.  I have pulled the scale out of the corner and I will be weighing daily.  Good, bad or indifferent.
