Back On Track Together
What The Heck Happened????

You're right, and I'm on it Barb...first thing in the AM. I'm at work right now and won't get off until late, but I've already got my game plan. I had slacked up on my exercise...in fact I would love for my trainer to work me out like they do on the Biggest Loser, but that's not realistic. I just need somebody to zap me!

I have heard more and more information to support weighing yourself daily. Personally I am completely scale obsessed and could step on it about 10 times a day if I let myself. But I do find that weighing each morning does help me stay on track and shows me a pattern of water gain and the like.
Just increase that protein and water and get off those simple carbs! You can do it!!!
