Back On Track Together
Quick Intro of me..
Hello ladies..
I just discovered this board and thought It would be a great way for me to maintain, get ideas and stay on track. I had wls 1-2006 and got off track last Sept and gained from 182 to 207 I joined weigh****chers and It helped me get back to my lowest of 182. I'm currently 179 because of the 5dpt. I'm doing it to support a friend while she does it and it's awesome. I feel a full feeling that I remember in the beginning. I'm on day 4 and I've had a day of ground turkey and beef, shrimp, eggs and protein shakes.
Anyway, I just wanted to say hello. I've been reading old post and you are guys are so supportive! I'm happy I found ya!
