Sunday - BOTT Cafe & Cardio

Hi BOTTers,

I hope everyone is having a nice holiday weekend.  We are getting up early tomorrow morning to attend service so I'm starting our Cafe & Cardio thread this evening. 

Here's my check-in and plan for tomorrow:

CARDIO:  Start back on Wii Fit with my family.

FOOD:

B - Whole wheat tortilla with scrambled eggs and turkey bacon w/veggies.
L - Spinach salad with Italian dressing and 1/2 cup feta cheese
S - Cinnamon Toast Pretzels
D - Fish with vegetables and 1/2 small sweet potato
S - Power Crunch bar

Hi Everyone!

Today was a crazy busy day.  I hope to plan my day a little better tomorrow!  Here's my check in for today:

Cardio: 

1 Mile Walk Away the Pounds with stretchie band

Food:

B - Nutrition bar (on the run)

S-   Protein shake

L-  1/2 of the Southwest salad from McDonald's (with grilled chicken)

S-  PowerAde, decaf coffee with cream and Splenda (earlier today)

D-  1/2 of the Southwes salad from McDonald's (with grilled chicken)

S-   Nutrition bar

I hope that everyone had a great day!!!
