Saturday - BOTT Cafe & Cardio
HI BOTTers,
I'm teaching OH support group leader training sessions today so I'm running late with our Cafe & Cardio. My first one starts in 15 minutes so here's my check-in:
CARDIO: No
FOOD:
B - String cheese
S - Cinnamon Toast Pretzels
L - Chicken burger patty with vegetable strips
D - Fish with steamed vegetables and 1/2 sweet potato
S - Power Crunch bar

1 mile Walk Away the Pounds with the stretchie band and a casual walk in the neighborhood.
Food:
B- Protein shake (Muscle milk RTD)
S- Nutrition bar (Zone Perfect)
L- Grilled chicken with a side salad
S- Nutrition bar (Zone Perfect)
D- Barbequed chicken and veggies
S- Protein cereal with soymilk
Here's my check-in for today:
Cardio:

Cardio: humm not sure I have alot of running around to do today
Food: This is my plan
~730a Breakfast: 2 eggs, diced ham & 1 LC toast
~1230 Snack: Pure Protein Choc Delux bar
~3p Lunch: 1 LC tortilla wrap, 1/2 of a chicken breast & LF Provolone cheese and probably some onion (you know before surgery you would never caught me asking for onion I didn't like them on anything)
~Dinner: This is the hardest part to plan but I will keep it LC and go for protein 1st.

What a poopy day out. Rain and cold and sleet and yuck. But I've been quite the busy bee shopping all day. Finally home and doing crafty things and baking for dinner tomororw. So I have burned quite a bit just running around like a loon. Also, am holding steady at 4 lbs lost. hope to see more shed off soon!

Making hand puppets for my next LARP weekend on the 8th, to be portrayed by my Stupendously Serious Assassin. Should be absolutely rocking awesome. I might even attach the pics of my puppets if you ask nice.
