Hey BOTTs, 

I can't believe how fast this week is going by....it's been so busy and finding time to exercise has been a challenge.  If I feel I can't get a "formal" workout I at least make sure I take time out to walk and or get away from the stress.  Even if it's going to the store and walking around.

Rocky and I are going to hit the sidewalk today for a walk and also doing some Leg work....

Lunges
Squats
Leg Press
Leg Curl
Calf Raises

Hi everyone!

I did do my 2 miles WATP dvd with the stretchie band today!  Kathy, thanks for giving me the motivation.  Sometimes, the only exercise I want to do is to turn over in my bed to change the channel on my remote lol!

          Loving me...every day...for the rest of my life!

You and me both......especially when the weather is bad.  When it's cold out I want to have what I call a jammie day.  I don't get out of my jammies all day    Those days are ok once in a while, but not to often.  shhhhhhh

You did a great job, keep it up my friend

Actually went out and jogged up and down hill in my neighborhood this morning as I was running too late to get a decent cardio day at the gym. It was really nice out and I was listening to motivating techno... bum bum bum bumbedum bum bum bum bedum bum bum.... I may do that more often on the days I'm running late.

well Im moving and I guess Im maintaing!!! the last 2 weeks ive worked out cardio/strength 3 or 4 times each week! my weight loss is still stuck but i have much more energy!!!!
