Hi BOTTers,

Happy, happy Friday!  Yea the weekend.  I'm working for part of Saturday but still - it is the weekend!!

Here's my check-in:

CARDIO:  Not quite yet but soon!!

FOOD:

B - 2 scrambled eggs with high fiber toast
L - Chicken and vegetable soup with 6 crackers
S - Cinnamon Toast Pretzels
D - Fish with vegetables and small sweet potato
S - Power Crunch bar

Yet another 2 lbs down, I can't believe it! That's 4 lbs in 2 days. I'm completely psyched.  Only 34 lbs to my goal and at this rate, it'll be very soon. I'm doing really well and not having any hunger or craving issues. This is finally working for me.

Cardio - couldn't get my engine running this morning, might try for a walk after work (or at lunch)

B - Coffee and turkey breast
L - Baked Cod
S - Turkey breast
D - Pork Chop
S - Salad.

Lotsa water and multi vite, gunna stay in moderate ketosis.

This is going to be the BUSIEST weekend. Have to work overnight then when I get off at 7am I have to be at the church from 9:30 till noon for praise team practice then I get to sleep till 3 then to the inlaws for dinner and games then back to work all night then Easter services till noon then lunch and finally sleep 

Heres my Friday

Exercise: just running around with my wife today and house cleaning

B: none, slept in
S: none
L: 4 ribs
S: protein bar
D: Cheeseburger pie
S: protein shake

Water 150+
Vitamins
