Wednesday - BOTT Cafe and Cardio
Hi BOTTers,
How is everyone doing? I'm feeling depleted of energy but at least I'm finally sleeping through the night without coughing. When I feel depleted like this, I tend to want to eat to make myself "feel better." Ha, we all know how much of a contradiction that is. I have a big pot of chicken vegetable soup that has become a comfort food for me with this whatever-it-is that I have. Carbs have been replaced by chicken veggie soup - now that's BOTTing!!
Here's my check in:
CARDIO: No
FOOD:
B - Chicken veggie soup
L - Chicken salad with Italian spray dressing
S - Cinnamon Toast Pretzels
D - Fish with veggies and slice of high fiber bread as garlic toast
S - Power Crunch bar

Good Morning or almost afternoon since everyone else is a couple hours ahead of me. I have been having a great week, eating right and working out every day. Cathy, I am glad you are starting to feel better. I've been meaning to ask about the Cinnamon Toast Pretzels. Are they low carb, high protein and where do I find some?

I broke a tooth last night and can't get in to see my dentist until tomorrow. So I'm afraid to chew anything on it, so it is soft foods for me.

Mmmm Honestly? I really like this all protein no carb diet. I'm not hungry for carbs (tho I drempt I ate a whole bag of goldfish last night)... I'm feeling full and happy and taking in way less calories than normal. I love chicken, turkey, cheese and fish so I'm satisfied and happy.

36 lbs from goal!
My son has been asking me to make him some homemade tortillas and some of his favorite foods, I try not to make the tortillas because I can't seem to pass them up. So I finally broke down yesterday and made his favorite.
Here is what I had yesterday, I just got home to late to post...
~Pre-Breakfast: coffee and coffee w/protein scoop
~Breakfast: 1/2 LC pita, 1 egg, ham, onion, pepper & cheese
~Snack: Carribean Cooler 1 1/2 scoop w/CL Fruit punch
~Lunch: Pork meat w/chili, beans & homemade tortilla (this is the bad part)
~Dinner: same as lunch
