Hi BOTTers,

First, thanks to my friend, Kathy S., for having my back while we were away.  Thanks Buddy.

For this past weekend, we had planned to go to the lake for a couple of months.  Even though I was pretty sick and felt lousy I decided I could just as easily be sick down there as at home.  My husband and sons were so excited to go so we went.  It is one of my favorite places to go.  It is a place that I am guaranteed to go and get my batter recharged and feel rejuvenated.  Beautiful views of the lake and nature are wonderful even when you feel awful!!  LOL.

Here's my check-in:

CARDIO:  Not today.

FOOD:

B - Chicken vegetable soup
L - Turkey sandwich with high fiber bread
S - Cinnamon Toast Pretzels
D - Fish with steamed vegetables
S - Power Crunch bar

Have a marvelous Monday as we BOTT.

Cathy

Oh my gosh do I HURT!  I had an excellent time though. I'm sore all over from lots of running around and I'm very tired physically. Took alot to get my motor running this morning.  My husband is a prince, he had a HOT bath drawn for me when I got home and I dove right in with a book and basked, letting my sore muscles relax. I know I'm in way better shape than I would have been without that.

Had some great food this weekend. They're awesome, made specail dietary exceptions for me (they only had sandwiches for lunch on bulkie rolls, and I explained I shouldn't eat that, so they made turkey and cheese roll-ups and cut cucumbers for me. mmmmm). There was also this amazing chilli with 4 beans and this wonderful flavor. Someone told me Coke was the secret ingredient. Hope some of that sugar got boiled out!

Anyhow, I got my cardio in for a few days and I'm a bit too sore to go to the gym today. hopefully by Wednesday I'll be back in action.

Food -
B- Skipped as I overslept.
S - SF Carnation Instant Breakfast
L - Probably chicken and veggies
S - Broccoli dipped in LF dressing
D - Chicken veggie stir fry

S - South Beach Breakfast Bar
D - Meat Loaf & Broccoli - Clementine orange
