Reset - 5DPT - starting monday 4/06/09

I am at my weight goal - and my size (6-7)  goal, but since last 2 months I have been trying to maintain - I have been snacking way too much - I got into a habit of eating all the time...
But I do not get enough water... so... I need to reset my eating habits.  Drink drink drink... I also get very tired very easily and I am trying to get off my Lexapro... but with all the coffee I had been drinking lately - it is a challenge - so again - reset may be good.

I will start my 5 day  PT on Monday 4/06/09. 

First - maximize drinking water - second to clean my body before Easter (it is Lent after all) and start fresh after Easter. 
next few weekends I have some dinners (eating out) then I will be going out of town  (2 weekends in a row) , - and having my eating and drinking under control- may actually make the trips fun...and better for me.. 

So I need support and hopefully - volunteers... lets do it... Anyone?
