FOOD:

B - 2 scrambled eggs
S - Vegetable strips
L - Turkey sandwich with 1 slice of high fiber bread
S - Cinnamon toast pretzels

Have a terrific Tuesday as all of us BOTT.

I wish you health

Yesterday afternoon I was very very tired which I interpret as needing more calories - so I took what I'm learning to call a maintenance day.  I probably added more calories than appropriate for maintenance, but I added what I added and I'm accepting that that is OK - which is really major growth for me!   I also didn't exercise (felt exhausted).  Which I'm also accepting as OK

Today I'm fighting (It's 9:15 a.m. and I'm winning) to get back on track.  Wasn't helped any by coming in finding two baby candy bars on my desk with a Happy Doctors; Day greeting from yesterday on my desk.  (I didn't even know it was drs day until they brought it by) so I just went down the hall and gave those away.

My commitment for today is to survive!   First a 100% BOTT food day and if I have any of "me" left over when I get home from work I will exercise - not making any promises there.  Am practicing the 5 minute goal exercise with my food and that's all I feel up to promising at the moment.

Keep me in your thoughts and prayers and thank you so much for being there!!!!

You can do it, Happy Lapbander! Its high time we send our thoughts and wellwishes your way.

Got to the gym this morning, though I had to fight my mind to get off the couch. I was proud of myself to get there after all and burn almost 200 calories in 17 minutes on the eliptical. I'm BOTTing today. I keep having those moments of utter frustration and wanting to quit and say "what the hell, it isn't working anyways, why not just give up"... Its a rough battle.

B - Slice of double protein whole wheat toast, some PB
S - String Cheese
L - Lean Cuisine
S - Protein Shake
D - Stuffed Pepper

Good luck everyone. With the weather turning I hope BOTTing is easier for us all.

happylapbander, I can definitely identify with what you're saying about not being hard on yourself if you can't accomplish everything your mind sets out for you to do that day.  Ever since I had the stomach flu last week, I just haven't had that energy to get myself to the gym!  I was a fanatic about the gym before I got sick but now, I've been one time in the last 5 days.  I'm going to make myself go today because I'm convinced that if I can get there, I will feel better.  One good thing about being sick is that is shrunk my stomach a whole lot!!!  So here's what I'm going to eat today:

B- No breakfast today, slept in late b/c back was hurting
S-Protein shake
L-Tuna on crackers
S-Protein bar
D-Black bean soup
S- Pretzel thins w/hummus

Have a great day BOTTing!
