Hi there, MFSTEW! Welcome to BOTT!
Glad to see you're taking early steps to get everything back under control. You've come the the right place for support and encouragment, lemmie tell you!
5DPT stands for 5 Day Pouch Test, information on this can be found at www.5daypouchtest.com and its free free free. its something many of us BOTT'ers try to help us get that old tight pouch feeling back, as well as get back into the right eating habits, kill carb cravings and lose a few lbs to encourage the beginning of BOTTing.
Please come forward with any questions and post often!

And GOOD FOR YOU not letting those regained pounds get out of hand before you do something about them
Again, WELCOME

We are so glad you are here and the best advice is baby steps....if you try to make to many changes to fast it won't last. Take a look at some of the docs we have here and get organized and plan, plan, plan.
Start with writing things down and slowly make changes to get back to the basics
We are here to cheer you on all the way
Take care,
Kathy

Welcome Michelle to the BOTT board!!
This is a great place for encouragement and info on being successful with WLS.
I cant speak for all because everyone is differant but my daily food and supplement scheduale is as follows:
1200-1500 calories
100-150 protein
multivitamin w/ iron at 8am and bedtime
B1 and B12 at 8am
calcium citrate 1000mg at 11am and 3pm
100-200oz of water
A good place to start is going to the daily Cafe and Cardio post that Cathy does. You can see what people are eating for ideas and exercise routines. I look forward to reading about your success.
If you have any questions feel free to jump in any time. People are pretty good about responding.
