Monday - BOTT Cafe & Cardio
Hi BOTTers,
I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend.
One of my sons was sick last week with a bad cold. Despite diligent hand washing, I woke up this morning with a cold. Ugh. We have plans for this weekend that I'm very excited about so I'm going to drink lots of water and go to bed early tonight to get extra rest.
Here's my check-in for today:
CARDIO: Not today due to cold and sore throat.
FOOD
B - Cottage cheese
S - String cheese
L - Turkey sandwich with high fiber bread and vegetable strips
S - Cinnamon Toast Pretzels
D - Fish
S - Power Crunch bars

Ok my Sunday was OFF track. We had some of my sons friends stay the night and there were some things to snack on that we usually dont keep in the house.
Today is a new day. I am committing to BOTT!

D: Upside down skillet pizza (no crust)

Skipped the gym today but I'l get back on the wagon tomorrow. I am frustrated because I ate significantly few calories this weekend and the scale still hasn't moved. I'm going to just have to give it time I guess. 3 weeks of dilligent BOTT and I haven't lost an ounce. Well anyhoo...

36 lbs from goal!
2 weeks post op and cleared to go....
Started my day with 2 cups of SF mocha (genreal foods inter coffee) with 1 scoop of Any Whey to each. 17gm protein per scoop.
I am bad about planning my day ahead of time but plan to loosely follow the 5 DPT this week to get myself reoreinted after my 3 week break. I will go for my 3 mile to the firestation walk today but no record time...just get it done!
My daughter is going on a 4 day class trip so I will have lots of time to myself this week and plan to pamper pamper pamper myself.

Saturday was a real bust. We have a friend leaving for Iraq in a couple of weeks and his wife had a party/BBQ so everyone could spend time with him before he leaves. So needless to say too much eating. Yesterday was great! I ate good and spent the day snowboarding and skiing but my body to paying the price today with sore muscles.

I have been "out of sorts" for the past week. I've been exercising but my some of my eating has not been good. I'm eating good food, just too much of it! Today I'm going strict to the plan!

In my running of the past week I finally found a Whole Food store. OMG! I was in heaven, I didn't know where to start. What a great store.
