Sunday - BOTT Cafe & Cardio
Hi BOTTers,
I hope everyone is having a good weekend. Spring break was this past week for my kids and they are disappointed that school starts back tomorrow. Our school is out though toward the end of May so they only have a few weeks. It has been fun having them around more. I'll miss them too.
Here's my check-in:
CARDIO: Having a Wii Fit competition with my sons. It is a great way to get in some activity and spend time with them.
FOOD:
B - 2 scrambled eggs, 1 slice turkey bacon
L - 1/2 chicken burrito from last night's dinner
D - Fish w/veggies
S - Holey donut

OK - missed yesterday - my husband got in Friday and we spent the day inside all day due to the winds and heavy rain. It felt good to be in our cocoon I exercised 1 1/2 plus some minutes - not all at once, in 3 1/2 hour times. Love that WiiFit!!!!!
This morning we had breakfast with friends and I DID NOT PIG OUT!!!! Had 2 poached egs and the bottom part of a biscuit - and was quite satisfied. Since I was a little tired from yesterdays exercise (more strenuous than usual) only exercised in two 30 min+ segments. Slowly, but surely I am creeping down to my goal weight and I am SHRINKING. All is good VERY GOOD in my world. I commit to a 100% BOTT food and exercise day tomorrow.
