Friday - BOTT Cafe & Cardio
Happy Spring - snow is predicted here tomorrow! It'll be another day on my Wii Fit rather than outside walking. Before we know it though, it will be Summer with the horrible humidity and big, big bugs - LOL. My son's first soccer games is scheduled for tomorrow. Snow soccer...probably not.
Here's my check-in:
CARDIO: Wii Fit (trying to find and unlock the Wii Fit boxing).
FOOD:
B - Cottage cheese
S - String cheese
L - Spinach salad w/feta cheese and spray Italian dressing
S - Cinnamon Toast Pretzels
D - Chicken or fish (not sure which one) with green beans
S - Power Crunch bar

We had tornado warnings at the time I would have left for work this A.M. (the get really spazzed out down here if radar even hints there's a remote possibility of a tornado (rare that we have one) and yesterday at work we had to evacuate downstairs - so I figured if they could be goofy yesterday, I could be goofy today so was an hour late coming in to work. Happy to report all we actually had this morning was rain and thunder.
Yesterday went as planned BOTT food and no exercise. Today it's BOTT food and Wiifit exercise. I'm hoping my friend's teenage daughter can work me into her schedule and come either tomorrow or Sunday to teach me what I need to do with DDR. I'm not even sure I have it programmed right - or if I don't, how to do it right.
I have just noticed a significant difference in how my clothes are fitting - there's no doubt I have shrunk - maybe not in all the places I wish were shrinking - but, hey, I'll be thankful where ever it is! Only have a few more BMI ratings/pounds/inches to go. There's no way I would have made it without knowing the caring, support, and acceptance from each of you was there for me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

D - not sure yet. Hoping for sushi (but don't tell my husband!)
I know, heavy on the protein, where's the veg? I am sure there'll be some kind of yummy veggie at lunch but not sure what.

I signed my son & I up for snowboarding lessons on Sunday so between that and skiing Saturday I should be sufficiently sore on Monday.

Cardio - I don't get to do my usual Jazzercise today or walking. I had a biopsy done on a growth on my let and was told I couldn't get it wet for 12 hours so I can't weat on my leg....I'm so sad :(
