YEAH, CATHY!!!!!

Well, I have something to share.  Right now it's just a "germ" of an idea - but it seems to be thriving and growing within me.

Last night was my support group meeting and we had a plastic surgeon as guest speaker.  I was quite impressed with him.  I have heard enough plastic surgeons to know he was speaking the plain, unvarnished truth.

I am considering taking out a lone and going for it.  I realize now that I am determining what I want my goal BMI/weight to be by the way my button waist pants fit.  Within the last few pounds lost my face has become baggy-saggy wrinkled and I don't like that one little bit (vanity thy name is woman LOL).  The face lifting procedures he described all seemed a little more than I want to take on and besides it's my torso that bothers me at whatever weight I am and what keeps my pants from fitting the way I want.  If I have the surgery, I can look the way I want (I do believe I have realistic expectations and ABSOLUTELY no desire to go down and prace around on the beach in a swim suit. LOL) with the plastic surgery I believe I could weight a bit more which would "unwrinkle" my face and I can only believe would be easier to maintain.  Sounds like a win/win situation to me.

I plan to have a consultation with him - but not until the Spring Breakers leave Florida!  The last trip I made from my house to near his office forced me to go the whole way at 15 MPH.  Since I have a car with a hemi engine, you can imagine I was "less than pleased" at crawling along at 15 MPH LOL  Also, my cardiologist is having me take a routine stress test next week and want to have the report on that before I see the plastic surgeon - that would determine whether I could have the procedure done as an outpatient or whether I would have to be admitted overnight to a hospital.  I'm excited about the possibilities.

Oh yes, I had a 100% BOTT food day yesterday with no exercise due to the support group meeting.  Today I commit to a 100% BOTT food AND exercise day.

Have a fun BOTT day

Morning everyone!

Ran a little late today so only got about 10 minutes at the gym. However, I managed to hop on the eliptical and burn a whopping 100 calories in 10 minutes! WOOT! I was pretty surprised and I'm glad I decided to hit the gym instead of blowing it off cuz I was running late. Feels good.

FOOD

B - Mom's home made turkey chilli. WOW
S - Protein shake
L - Either Lean Cuisine or same kinda wrap as yesterday
S - Laughing Cow Cheese and whole grain melba toasts
D - More of that awesome chilli

I know I know, chilli for breakfast? I'm too turned off to eggs after that spatula incident! Besides, its really really good and all protein. (5 kinds of beans and ground turkey and that's IT) I'm one of those wierd-o's who likes breakfast for dinner and dinner for breakfast. Guess it doesn't matter as long as I get tha****er and protein in, right?

Have a good HUMP day!

Hey - none of us are here because we ate (or are eating) "normal"

In fact, chili for breakfast sounds a whole lot better than "spatula"

Have a great day
