Well the wait was over faster than expected.

Someone outbid us on the house.  Whadayagunnado? Least I'll sleep soundly now.

(I don't mean to suggest you aren't disappointed, of course you are, but I so often found that what I though was "terrible" has turned out to be the best thing that could have happened)
