Today is leg day, won't be able to walk for a couple of days  

Day 3 - Legs

Leg Extension 8x8
Individual Leg Curl
Lunge w/kickback
Leg Press
Calf Raise

So BOTTs, did you Move to Lose and or Maintain Today?  Come on you can do it

Good morning, Kathy and BOTTs

So far today, I've walked 45min.on treadmill.

I also plan to do strength training on the Wii fit later today.  It is no JOKE!! I spent 20 minutes doing it yesterday and WOW....do I feel it today.  DAMN LUNGES.....LOL.

Did I move to lose today?  Yes I did...finally caught up with the PT and had quite a workout. I also plan to do the 3 mile Walking tape w/ Leslie Sansone and 45 minutes on the treadmill later on today.

Spinning   15mins
Leg Extensions 3x15 & 3x12  (30lbs.)
Leg Curls for the Back 6x12 & 6x12 (15lbs.)
Leg Press 3x18 (30lbs.)
Press downs 3x18 & 3x12 (30lbs)
Pull downs  3x12 & 3x12 (30lbs)
Butterflys 3x18 (20lbs)
Ab Lounger 100 crunches

Yeah Kathy it was a workout and I was pooped.  Did it all in one hour.  I won't tell you I needed a when I got home before I came to work!   Be careful what you asks for...you just may get it!
