Good afternoon!
Haven't posted in a few day, things have been crazy.  Eating well and exercising!  Today's food:
Breakfast - oatmeal w/protein added
Snack - banana w/pb 2
Lunch - ham and cheese on 1 slice healthy life bread
Snack - almonds
Dinner - steak w/veggies
Snack - fage w/sf caramel
