Back On Track Together
Trying BOTT today (holding my self accountable)
I joined this group a few months ago but failed to really get "back on track". But I joined the YMCA again last week. Have gone 3 days and worked out for a half hour and today woke up and decided I am going to stop all carbs and other junk. I will be doing nothing but liquid for a couple days to try and detox myself. I am going to find the 5 day pouch test and see what all that is about and go for it. I have 40 more pounds to go to my drs goal and I need to get my butt in gear and finish what I have worked so hard to do.
This is going to be really hard for me, damn I wish I dumped but I don't, so its going to be pure will power.
So please wish me luck!

You've won half the battle and it gets hard for all of us, so don't beat yourself up just start all over again...and I know how you feel about the junk. I dumped yesterday for the first time in two years and OMG it was not fun! So get your butt in gear and pull up a chair and stay awhile. The road gets bumpy some times and we all get a flat tire every now and then, but help is always here.
