Did You Move To Lose Today? Are you ready for Summer?
Hey BOTTs
Do you believe that March is almost gone and we are headed into April? I am excited as we are one more month closer to summer, sun, the smell of freshly cut grass, cooking out (veggies and fish of course) and showing off all the weight you have lost That being said I am glad we have a good 2 1/2 months to kick it in high gear if you are working out. Cardio, Cardio, Cardio, with resistance and we are on our way If you are not working out you have 13 weeks before the first day of Summer. Do you know how much difference you can make in 13 weeks
So come on, pre-ops and newbies get movin..even if it's walking around the store using the cart. Go outside and take it one block at a time. If you are already working out now is the time to re-evaluate and ramp it up
Today is a cardio day for me and I will be hitting the bag, mixing it with core work.

YES!!! it is craaaaaazy! it's just the start of the 2nd week and i spent my 1st week in PAIN!!! it was a good pain, lol! Lots of running, pushups, crunches, squats and lunges, heavy medicine balls, climbing, kickboxing, and a whole bunch of painful things i can't explain (and i can barely do!!!)... i love it though.... when you are done, your clothes and hair are drenched!!!!!! its a great mind-vacation b/c you can't think of anything other than getting through it. Today i stopped counting when we were doing squat thusts and mountain climbers (b/c i could barely breathe, lol) and the trainer made us all start over again!!! not a good way to make new friends, hahahahahaha. They promised to get me into shape and that's why i am there. the worst part was having to get your before pic taken in a sports bra.. UUUUGGGGGHHHHHHH!!!!
i'll keep you posted.. they do weights and measurements at 5 weeks to see progress.
