100 Challenge- Who's Down?
Happy Monday and Happy Spring BOTTers.
I began a personal challenge for myself and thought I would put it out there for whoever is interested. It's my 100 Challenge.....
100........ less calories per day consumed
100......... more calories per day (minimum) burned
100......... ounces of PLAIN water daily (coffee, tea and other beverages do not count)
100......... miles accumulated. Keep a daily total of your mileage on the treadmill, bike, eliptical, pedometer, et****il you reach 100 miles.
I have set a 10 day goal for myself, but you can do it sooner or take longer. You will actually be motivated to get out and exercise more to get to the end of the challenge.
So, who's down? Anyone?

I'm in and I say we also post a daily update on our progress to keep us accountable. I'm starting today with the bike at the gym. I think I usually get in about 15 miles in a half hour. That's a great start!... I've also made that back to basics change of carrying around a big big 32 oz water bottle with me everywhere. Its alot easier to get all tha****er in when its right beside you, rather than having to think about it and sit down and do it.

I missed tonight's spin class, so i can only report 5 miles (bike) before my boot camp class this morning.

Wow, managed to burn 100 calories in 10 minutes today on the eliptical. Crazy. I seem to be having trouble getting all the water in. I have always had problems with water. >.< Yesterday I only ate like 1000 calories, which is a reduction of almost 200-300. YAH. Scale hasn't moved yet. Might still be too early.

36 lbs from goal!
i started off great yesterday... went to boot camp (i can get 2 liters of water in easy there) and then i rode 10 miles on the bike.. came home, got some bad news and went right for the food! it's amazing how my brain is!!!! i first kept loading on water, steamed veggies and shrimp ****tail and really tried................. then came the big bowl of cereal (it was a sugary kids cereal- chocolate flavored, but i thought it was the best option in terms of getting sugar and chocolate in)... then i had almonds and pretzels. i emotionally ate, NO DOUBT, BUT..... i made better binge choices, if that makes any sense????? the damage i normally would have done would have been bad, so i am gonna not beat myself up and move on today........
no gym and no boot camp (i have bronchitis and i am getting worse every day i push myself)... i am taking an exercise break til monday, BUT i will be making up for lost time... sooooooo, look out!!!! i will be doubling my mileage next week!!!!
i am going to weigh in tomorrow or sunday for accountability and then i am going to put the scale in my husband's trunk for a week... you in????? wanna not weigh in for a week and see what happens????
