Cathy is taking a needed family trip this weekend so she asked me to fill in for her.
Today is suppose to be so nice and sunny out so I am trying to get the hubby to clean the grill. I love it when the weather is nice out and we can cook outside....
Here is my plan for food today!!!
Breakfast - Oatmeal with whey protein
Snack - Protein bar
Lunch - Roasts beef, LF cheese and SF pickle
Snack - Apple with LF peanut butter
Dinner - grilled fish, steamed veggies and baked sweet potato
Snack- Fage

Today is a high stress level day for me, as I am swamped with paper work, lesson plans, record keeping, etc. etc. This is when my snacking can get out of control, but I'm determined to stay BOTT today!
Here is my plan:
Exercise: 1 mile in home walking with stretchie band
Food:
B- Protein shake
S- Zone nutrition/protein bar
L- Turkey/cheese salad
S- Almonds (about 10) and string cheese (reduced fat)
D- Turkey patty with 1 slice of cheese on 1 slice of protein bread (veggies ...if I have room)
S- Fiber one yogurt

Good Sunday Morning!
Today has been a really good day. Went to church and heard a great message. Came home had lunch and took a nap. then got a call from work and the girl was sick so I am now here at work so she could go home. This is a good thing since the whole waterheater fiasco, this will help to pay for it. Well here is my day.
Exercise: None on Sunday
B: slice of egg quiche w .25 cup chopped ham
S: South Beach Protein Bar
L: Chicken and cheese quesadilla
D: Salad w grilled chicken breast
S: 2 boiled eggs
Cal: 1451 Fat: 69.9 Carb: 92.1 Pro: 130.7
Water 150+
Vitamins

Today is day number 6 of my BOTT start. NO CANDY....NO SODAS!!! Just had to share....lol.
B- 1 egg, 3 slices turkey bacon, 1 slice red. calorie toast
S- banana
L- 1 slice turkey breast with lettuce and tomato, string cheese
S- protein bar
D- baked tilapia, greek side salad
S- protein drink
EXERCISE: 45 min. on treadmill
