Back On Track Together
Saturday - BOTT Cafe & Cardio
Hi BOTTers,
This BOTT C&C for Saturday is a bit early because we're going to be out and about starting very early tomorrow morning. An important part of my day is checking in with all of you (even though it is unplanned as of now) so here goes for tomorrow....
CARDIO: Cruising around with my hubby and sons, hopefully getting lots of walking weather permitting!
FOOD: We are going to be away so we'll be eating at restaurants. My food is unplanned, however, I will make the healthiest choices possible to BOTT.
Have a super Saturday as all of us BOTT!

My plan - a bit more exercise - have already begun getting back on my AbCoaster - can tell I had better take it slow and easy and my back/hips are letting me know slow and steady will run the race Have to fight, if a little does a little, a lot will do a lot - and it will, but just not the first day back after a long long time. .
Am also planning to thoroughly enjoy and celebrate being able to FIT back into my button waist slacks.
Will have a 100% BOTT day - hope to start practicing maintenance Monday - or if not this Monday, next Monday. I'm scared but believe I can do it with the help of all of you
Wish you could all be here and see how beautiful the Gulf is this morning - was looking out and spied 6 dolphins swimming by. PARADISE
Have a marvelous BOTT spring weekend

Hi Bott,
Saturday is always an off day for me because I usually have a hard time getting my meals in as I'm usually NOT HUNGRY. I'm a nibbler on the weekends, yeah I know a bad choice...but I usually nibble on good stuff like steamed veggies (broccoli & cauliflower w/ carrots) cuccumber salad or tomato slices always something in the green arena. I had been having a problem with constipation but I've found since I've added more fiber and veggies to my diet I'm doing much better and going more regular. I know TMIF!
Today is also the day I do my cooking and meal planning for the week. Survey of the fridge day to see what I need and to toss anything that has been lingering. Reading Deb's post I need to get in my garden also; maybe today, maybe not. In any case here's my menu and cardio for the day.
Cardio: Planning to hit the gym at the office (not working) later on tonight and get in a full workout with strength training and some much needed time on the treadmill.
Food:
EM - EAS Chocolate Protein Shake w/ Decaf Hazelnut Coffee
B - 2 slices Turkey Bacon w/ grits & cheese
S - Cottage Cheese w/strawberry jam
L - Cup of Homemade Vegetable Soup
(soup has black beans & kidney beans for protein)
S - Dannon Yogurt Smoothie w/ whey protein
D- Oven Fried Fish & tossed salad w/ dressing

alright today was extremelly long dayWe had a babyshower & b-day party w/ 3 kids. i did pretty good today except that i accidentally skipped bf. had 2oz of cheese for a snack. I ate veggies & sm portions of sides dishes avoided the pasta at the baby shower for lunch. Ate only the toppings of pizza at the bday party. . Drank coffe and 40oz of crystal light. I need more water through. My excerise for today was decorating and chasing my beautiful 3 kids. I'm glad today is almost over!
