I'm mostly a lurker on this site, but have answered to posts a few times.  I do enjoy reading the encouraging words to help others get either "reinspired" or to continue on with their weight loss.

I want to share some protein receipes I found on another board awhile ago.  They don't have the calorie or protein broken down, but I think you could figure it out if you wanted too.

They are in my blog - please feel free to copy/paste them in a word document for further enjoyment.

I had the Blueberry Vanilla Pear the other night, except I had to substitute SF peaches because I didn't have any pears, and it was great!

Hope everyone enjoys!

Great recipies Jody! I look forward to trying some out.

I get some of my ideas from Emerald City Smoothie pamphlet with the diff types of drink and what's in them. I've never tried using any frozen fruit yet, but I often put fresh fruit in like blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, bananas and I have used some canned pineapple and papaya, and peaches.

I use the dessert protein. Least I have been I ran out tonight. I did order some samples of the Chike! protein that was advertised on the site and tried the banana flavor. I'm partial to banana anyways but I thought it was pretty good.

here's the website www.chikenutrition.com

Thanks for sharing Jody.

Thanks for the link - I'll go check it out.  I've heard raves about the chike protein.  I also have the banana dessert protein - and don't see why you couldn't use that as a substitute for a SF banana flavoring.

I haven't tried frozen fruit either - some of that is packed in sugar and I'm leary of sugar and have a tendency to stay away from it.
