Happy, happy Friday!  Happy first day of Spring!!  I hope everyone has had a good week and is looking forward to the weekend.  I sure am!!

Here is my check-in for today:

CARDIO:  Take a walk after work with my family including our dog, Jake.

FOOD:

B - Cottage cheese
S - Spring cheese
L - Talapia
S - Cinnamon Toast Pretzels
D - Talapia
S - Power Crunch bar

Hi BOTTers!
It looks like a beautiful 1st day of spring.  I plan on going to workout tonight with my hubby.  Today's food is:
Breakfast - eggbeaters w/slice of healthy life toast
Snack - 1/2 apple w/pb2
Lunch - TJ's red pepper soup w/cheese slices
Snack - 1/2 apple w/almonds
Dinner - ricotta baked w/mozarella, parm and sauce & salad
Snack - fage w/sf tiramisu

There's nothing like success to breed success (see my just couldn't wait post)  This morning we had a pitch-in breakfast to celebrate Social Workers Month after staff meeting.  Because I'm just today able to fit into my button waist pants I wore a pair (rather than jeans for casual Friday), wearing them felt SO GOOD (plus they are still tight enough that it would take very very little to make them fit too tight again) I was able to resist eating all the rich (and delicious) home-made food and limit myself to 8 oz (110 calories - I contributed oj so knew the calorie count) orange juide.  YEAH!!!!!! another win

Exercise - Are you kidding me? Does walking upstairs to get the heating pad count?

B-Toaster Streudel
S-Lt String Cheese
L-Chicken Salad
S-Apple
D-No idea, going to a friends for dinner

Lots of water and as always, vitamins.

Please see my post on exercise for my cardio for today.  I did a lot of different things at the gym.  Here's what I ate:

B- Raisin, date and walnut oatmeal and hard boiled egg
S- Protein bar
L- Salad w/bacon and fat-free italian dressing
S- Protein shake
D- Don't know - going out will probably order fish
S- 1/2 piece pita w/hummus

Happy Friday Everyone,
After ever so carefully packing my lunch and dinner for today I came into work only to discover that I would attending an all day conference out of the office, and lunch and dinner would be provided.  Which was okay but... OMG!  Every time we came out for a break.... their it was everything you could possibly think of fruit, soup, donuts, danish and everything sinful.  They even had the nerve to have ice cream.   I did my best but I did succumb to a soft pretzel, but I'm not going to beat myself up because it could have been worst. The cheese danish was definitely calling my name.  So here's my damage for today:

Cardio: Maybe when I get home I may walk on the treadmill if I'm not too tired..my PT called and cancelled AGAIN!

Food:
