Ok, went to the Docs yesterday and according to their scale I have lost another 7 pounds. That makes 23lbs in 4 weeks. 2 more pounds till my first 25lb loss goal. I'm extreamlly thankful to the people who post here. You are an inspiration and a source of accountability to me.

Wow way to go Wayne! I was just thinking about all the stress you've been under with your house the last couple of days and look at you you're almost at you're goal. Great job!

YEAAAAAAAAAAAI have also hit a small personal goal today.....I have lost 20 lbs since I started BOTTing on Feb 5th.....I take it 10 lbs at a time....baby steps, baby steps, baby steps.....but I am still getting there.....Ain't it GREAT!!!!
