BOT, Day 1... It begins...
Well. I started that intensive shake diet today. I also already broke but so not baddly. I had some vegetable soup, which actually did alot to satisfy that need to chew something. A meer 136 calories. Which is good, since I've also only had 1 protein shake so far. That's 338 calories so far all day and I'm not really feeling deprived. Maybe veggie soup wasn't the best thing for me to do when I wanted to do just shakes.... but its far far better than getting the pasta I wanted instead.
Feeling good getting started. Hit the gym for 5 miles on the bike, did stretching and some ab work. I pushed for an extra mile and a half on the bike when I felt the urge to quit.
So far so good, but we're only half way through today!
