Can you believe it?  Spring will be here this week    We only have a few days left for the Spring Fling Challenge  Let's make the most of it

Today is a cardio day for me....  I am taking Rocky for a walk later, (now he has to sniff every blade of grass and pee on every tree) so that is not a very good cardio workout    So with it being so darn nice here today and tomorrow I am going to get the bike out and dust off the cobwebs, pump the tires and  hit the roads.....

So BOTTs, what are you doing today to Move To Lose and or Maintain Today?  Come on, you can do it!!!!

Take care,
Kathy

3.5 miles on my mountain bike!  Felt good, slightly hilly terrain.

Thanks for the Spring Challenge, it really helped me focus on increasing my protein and figuring out why I couldn't get back on track!  I am doing much better on the Nexium and with protein and water in general!  I need to up my cardio and things will start going my way!

Thanks again Kathy, you have been a great motivator through this challenge!

That is just awesome..with the weather getting nice in our area we jump at the chance to go outside and run with it   Hit those trails my friend.....

I am so glad you are doing better....together we can do anything.  And when the challenge ends don't think I am going to let you go    Keep posting in the Move To Lose thread as we have summer coming up and beach weather, family cookouts, fall, holidays....

So we will keep each other on track and help each other when we fall off

Awesome, Awesome job my friend.  You are an inspiration

Take care,
Kathy

Kathy - my challenge is figuring out to to use Wii's DDR - I'm a 100% clutz trying to do that.  Wasn't even able to get one step in.  Think maybe I need practice ?

Read the manual on turning off the hand movements until you get the feet down and it is much easier to learn!!!!!  Robin

Thanks so much - I think part of the problem was tring to find someone who could tell me how to plug it in to the console - It turned out to be as simple as open the flip lid on top but had to spend about two hours going from place to place before I found someone who knew what to do.  By that time I was so confused I wasn't thinking straight.  I'll go back and read the manual again.  Again, thanks

Went on a 2 mile walk with the dog. Unlike your dog, mine thinks it is a race and pulls me twice as fast as I would normally walk. i would like to eventually get a bike but still too big for that (my butt cheeks would look like they were eating the seat lol).

Have a great BOTT day!
