Happy (yawn) Monday!  Where did the weekend go? 

Here's my check-in for today:

CARDIO:  Leslie Sansone walking dvd.

FOOD:

B - Cottage cheese
S - String cheese and vegetable strips
L - Talapia
S - Cinnamon Toast Pretzels
D - Talapia
S - Power Crunch bar

Down to less than 10 pounds to goal - of course, these are the slowest pounds to come off  (OK, happylapbander - THINK!  This is not a race   It is a lifetime thing)  I'm battling the fat on my back at my waistline and my left thigh being noticably (to me and those I point it out to) than my right.  I've got two choices - use these unsightly lumps and bumps as motivators to stick with it - or give up and tell myself "It's close enough" (which of course, it isn't and would lead to my feeling like a failure).  I commit to the motivation route!

Oh boy, do I look up to those of you who do the Wii DDR - I finally accomplished getting it set up for me Saturday - but then was so overwhelmed I didn't even accomplish one step.  Think it's fair to say - I need practice!    Avoided "practicing" yesterday by doing 30 extra minutes aerobic exercise (two 15-minute times) 

Today am committing to a 100% BOTT food and exercise (at least 30 minutes) day.

Good morning all.

Had a pretty good weekend. I work overnights on the weekend so I sleep during the day. Had a great day at church on Sunday and feel reenergized to face the week.

Exercise: long walk w the doog

B: Tortilla w turkey and cheese
S: South Beach protein bar
L: Cottage cheese w grapes
S: Protein shake w apple
D: cheesesburger pie (sounds bad but it's not)
S: Protein shake

200+ water
vitamins

Looking nfoorward to a successful BOTT day!

Good morning everyone. I had a rotten, rotten weekend. Too much eating and drinking and it shows on the scale this morning. But what is done is done and I can't change it so today is a new day and time to get it back on track.

Exercise: 45 Minutes on treadmill
Food:

B-1/2 Potato, 1 oz. Ham, 1 T. Bacon Bits & Egg Beaters
S-Low carb yogurt w/2 T. sunflower kernels
L-Subway (Atkins wrap if they still have it. If not, Subway Club salad)
S-Kashi Bar & Light string cheese
D-Turkey chili
S-Protein shake after workout

1435 Calories, 115 Carbs, 62 Fat, 110 Protien     100 Oz. Water & Vitamins

I also had a bad weekend....couple of donuts, I'm so ashamed but today is another day.

Exercise - 1 Hour Jazzercise class

B - greeek yogurts with Bare naked Granola
S - Strawberries and 100 calorie pack of almonds
L - Greek yogurt
S - Click
D - Chicken breast/green beans
S - orange

Hi fellow BOTTers!
I am finally starting to feel better after this 2 week sinus infection.  I got up with tons of energy!  Workout consisted of 30 min. treadmill and 30 min. of bike.  Will be starting to use the weight machines this week to start building some muscle.  My food for today:
Breakfast - ham and cheese roll
Snack - banana
Lunch - chili w/cheese
Dinner - bbq chicken w/grilled veggies
Snack - fage w/sf caramel

Hi All!

Cardio: 1 mile WATP (Leslie Sansone) with stretchie band

B- Protein shake

S- Zone Perfect nutrition bar

L-  Salmon and string beans

S-  1 Babybel cheese and 6 thin Triscuits

D- grilled chicken salad with ff ranch dressing

S- yogurt

(1 large decaffeinated toasted almond coffee with cream and Splenda)
