Hi BOTTers,

I hope everyone is having a great weekend.  Hanging out with my husband and sons means so much to me. 

Here's my check-in for Sunday:

CARDIO:  Take a walk with my family and the dog.

FOOD:

B - Cottage cheese
S - String cheese
L - Spinach salad with 1/4 feta cheese and spray Italian dressing
S - Turkey jerkey
D - Talapia w/green beans
S - Power Crunch bar

Hi Cathy and BOTT'ers,

I've read this a few times and thought I'd give it a try.

CARDIO: Go the YMCA and spend an hour on the on the NRS 400 Steepter (relax I couldn't stand doing this for an hour to save my life this is a sitting machine.

FOOD:

B - Protein Shake
S - Banana
L - Cottage Cheese and Canned Salmon
S - Protein Shake
D - Rotisserie Chicken and asparagus

My weekend's been better than last night. Our 2 visitors have gone away till Monday so am enjoying an emptier house for now. I like having people here it's just sometimes I need some space and privacy without running into someone or someone running into me.

Glad to see you here, Marilyn.  It helps me to check in everyday and I enjoy keeping up with what my friends here are doing.  Have learned a lot from them!

Good morning,
I've had a tough time getting it together since getting back from vacation.  Today's workout is later today, recumb bike 30 min and 30 min treadmill.  Meals are:
Breakfast - eggs w/cheese
Snack - almonds and raisins
Lunch - chili
Snack - 1/2 apple w/peanut butter
Dinner - TJ's buffalo burger w/cheese and veggies
Snack - 1/2 apple baked w/sf caramel and fage

My yesterday didn't go quite as I had planned - simple - it was chaotic but I did have a 100% BOTT food and exercise day which is what's important.   Wasn't even able to take one DDR step right - think it's safe to say I need lots and lots of practice!

Today, so far as I know now, is one of those rare days when I don't have to get out - will stay in my night clothes all day!  LUXURY!!!!!!

I commit to a 100% BOTT food and exercise day.  Going to try something new.  Since I will be in all day, plan to add 10-15 min Fit program exercise before breakfast (already did that 15 min) and lunch in addition to my 30 min before supper. (of course, I expect to loose 5 lbs overnight as a reward for that LOL )

my BMI and weight came down a tiny tiny bit yesterday.  Less that 10 pounds to go to goal

B- Bagel with cream cheese ( I know, carb city.... my daughter brought breakfast home this morning!)

S- Latte Lite (small)

L-  Protein shake

D- Salmon with string beans

S-  Zone Perfect Chocolate Coconut nutrition bar

Okay BOTT,
Can someboyd kick me please??  I didn't fall off the wagon today...I fell off of the damn building!!!!  I started out really good, and I don't know what the heck happened it just seemed to start going downhill when my sister offered me a Hershey's chocolate kiss.   So here's my menu for todayand no amount of exercise will help me today....

EM - EAS Chocolate Protein Shake
B -    2 slices of Turkey Bacon w/ Grits & Cheese
S -    Bag of Lay's Kettle Cooked Potato Chips
L -    Cup of Ham & Split Pea Soup
S -   
2 Snickers Bars
         2 bags of Pretzel Sticks
         1/4 cup Sunflower Seeds
D-     4oz Grilled Salmon w/ 1 cup green beans

Calories 1944  Fat 79g  Fiber 13g 
Carbs 215g Protein 89g
