Happy Weekend   I usually veg on the weekend but missed a couple of workouts during the week.  So it's makeup time for Kathy   

Today

3 sets of 15
barbell bench press
cable flye
standing lateral raise
standing shoulder press
triceps rope press down
triceps dip

Sunday

3 sets of 15
smith machine squat
dumbbell lunge
lying hamstring curl
dumbbell stiff-legged dead lift

Cleaned house - Dusted and vaccummed all to music

Sunday

Plan to spend an hr at the YMCA catching up on the NRS 400 stepper. Used to be able to do 10,000 steps in under an hour, but haven't been for awhile so we shall see, but I will dedicate an hour on it tomorrow!

I have been totally remiss in cardio but I am doing SO much better with my caloric intake since I started back on Nexium!   Who would have thought a little reflux would cause so much trouble!   Anyway, back in the gym tomorrow!  It is going to be a MTL week!

My challenge is to accomplish even ONE DDR step LOL - This definitely isn't my natural talent (and that's the understatement of the millinium!)

I did the 1 mile Walk Away the Pounds dvd with stretchie band both on Saturday and Sunday.

Edited to add that I might go to the gym later and ride the stationary bike or walk on the treadmill for 30 minutes or so
