Saturday - BOTT Cafe & Cardio

Hi BOTTers,

I know I'm early in posting for Saturday.  We have a very early day tomorrow so I want to make sure that I check in with what I plan for tomorrow.

Here's my check-in and what I will do for Saturday.

CARDIO:  Take a walk with my family either outside or at the gym.

FOOD:

B - Cottage cheese
S - String cheese
L - Talapia
S - Spinach salad with Italian spray salad dressing
D - Talapia with vegetables
S - Power Crunch bar

Hi BOTT.
Yes Cathy, this is kind of early, but here are my plans for tomorrow.  I am OFF from work, so I have a lot of housework to get done.  Want to get back into my walk/jog program so I'm going to start the Couch to 5K program tomorrow to see how far or how much I can accomplish by the end of the summer.  My menu is light...find that when I'm home I don't eat as muchno distractions I guess.

Workout Plans:
45 Mins of Weight Training w/ PT
30 Mins Treadmill

Food:
B - EAS Chocolate Shake w/20oz Decaf Hazelnut Coffee
S - Ham & Split Pea Soup
L - Salmon Salad w /6 wheat crackers
D - Egg w/Spinach Salad (Cathy's looked kind of good)

Calories  919  Fat  29.6g  Fiber 5g
Carbs 81.1g (better than yesterday)  Protein 76.6g

Here's my check-in for today:

B - Syntrax Chocolate Truffle protein shake made with 1 cup of Lactaid milk

S- Zone Perfect Chocolate Coconut protein bar

L-  Salmon

S- Babybel cheese with 8 thin Triscuits

D- Salmon with veggies

S -  Not sure yet

I edited this because I forgot to add that I did the 1 Mile Walk Away the Pounds dvd with stretchie band this morning!  

          Loving me...every day...for the rest of my life!

Cathy - I thought you were going to take it easy today - sleeping in is my idea of easy LOL  Whatever you do I hope you're having fun.

Well, did I ever hit the jackpot today!  The PB@, 3 new DaVinci sf syrup flavors, and my DDR were all delivered.   Haven't tried any of them yet, but you can bet I soon will!!!!

A friend is coming over (in about 15 min) to see my WiiFit program.  She's also a lap band patient.  (She's been off track for quite a while but is clearly not ready to be thin -so am just letting her know she's loved and accepted right where she is - I wish for her to one of these days soon she will be ready to lose what she's gained and go on down to her goal weight)

OK - committing to a BOTT soft foods day with Wii exercise - obviously will try out the DDR (after my friend leaves - I still don't have my emotional permission to move my body like that when somebody could see me - truth be told, I barely have my emotional permission when I'm the only one in the house - there, you know a little bit more of my pathology)  and I will do enought of the Fit program to do a body test and ease my conscience - will do at least the 10 minutes of free step.  Can anyone tell me how I can increae the pace of the free step?

I have slightly (very slightly) less than 10 pounds to lose to reach my goal weight!  Exciting, but scary - I really haven't a clue how to eat to maintain.  Will just have to learn as I go along.
