Back On Track Together
Friday - BOTT Cafe & Cardio
Happy Friday!! Woo Hoo! I've worked the past two weekends so I'm going to do something fun this weekend. What? I don't know yet but it is going to be fun!
I've been battling some head hunger the past few days. No reason in particular but I suspect it is feeling overwhelmed and not taking any downtime. I've won over the head hunger but I've used it as a barometer as to what I need to address in my life.
CARDIO: Day off.
FOOD:
B - Cottage cheese
S - String cheese
L - Talapia and green beans
S - Cinnamon Toast Pretzels
D - Talapia
S - Power Crunch bar
Have a fabulous Friday as we BOTT!

Good thinking, Cathy. It's as important to play as it is to work (have a little trouble with that one myself (:o) )
Yesterday was a compliant food day and, actually, a compliant exercise day - just left how much exercise I would do to be decided at the time. I had an appointment and errands to run after work so supper time was much later than my normal rountine which meant it was longer between lunch and jumping on the Wii - (my motivation for any exercise was the Wii body test) My BMI/weight was down, but I'm guessing it was artificially down. Don't get me wrong, I'll take any decrease and love it - but, must remember tonight when the timing is back to routine reality may be up a bit from last night. Sounds like a no-brainer right - well, guess what - what I KNOW and what I FEEL don't always match - not, of course, that any of you have ever experienced this first hand
Have errands to run after work this evening too (I think errands mate overnight LOL) but it is Friday, glorious Friday, and I don't have to get to bed so early which means I'll be able to at least follow my normal feeding rountine when I get home and BMI measurement should be much closer to reality. Plus I will exercise more too. (I just did 10 minutes of exercise last night - but chose to do the free step)
So here it is - a compliant BOTT day and at least 30 minutes of Wii exercise.
Wish each and every one of you a wonderful BOTT day (and while you're at it have a wonderful BOTT weekend too)
I am glad the work week will be over soon. It has been a tiring week. I feel asleep laying down with my 5 year old last night. It is our time of the day, we have a healthy snack, read for 20 minutes and snuggle until he falls asleep. It is nice to see him developing good eating habits, his request for snack last night was apple slices, triscuit and string cheese.
He is like a little furnace, and snuggled under the covers we were warm and toasty, and I think that is all it took. My hubby woke me up at 10:30 and told me to go to bed. Normally I am up until about midnight every night. I tend to exercize after I put him to bed, so I didn't get that in last night.
Cardio: walking on my lunch hour - 2 to 3 miles. Hopefully it is nice enough to get outside
B - chocolate protien oatmeal w peanut butter (taste like a no bake cookie)
S - string cheese & apple sauce
L - beef barley soup
S - carb master yogart
D - unknown - going out with my niece
S - beef jerky
Vitimans and water are on track.
Have a nice day

Sounds as though what you really needed last night was a little extra "snooze" time.
You can maybe exercise a tiny bit more this evening to make up for last night. Our bodies allow that LOL In fact, if your body is like mine, it is thrilled that I am finally devoting ANY time taking care of it
Have a great weekend
It is suppose to be 45 here today, so I think I am going to head outside and walk. Makes my afternoon go by because I get so energized from it.
You have a great weekend.

I'm glad the weekend is here also, but I do have to work on Sunday. I was away last weekend on a Ski trip..no skiing but I did have fun. Housework and monkey business on my schedule for this weekend! This is my meal plan for the day, but I'm finding that most days since being back on track I cannot eat everything on the menu; in most cases I get my Protein in by drinking the EAS shakes.
