Hi all,
Cathy, I can totally understand what you went through with your sinus infection.  It's been horrible, going on my second week and second round of antibiotics now.  I finally went to workout yesterday, my hubby came to see if I was O.K. because I was sweating so much.  I normally don't sweat, weird I know.  But I was happy to workout again. My food for today was:
Breakfast - steelcut oatmeal w/banana
Snack - almonds
Lunch - ham and cheese roll
Snack - 1/2 fage
Dinner - chili
Snack - 1/2 fage w/sf caramel
