Hi BOTTers,

I hope everyone is having a great week so far.  I was so busy yesterday that I ate at weird off times as I was able to.  When you are physical hungry, food tastes so much better than feeding head hunger.  My schedule for today is going to be a repeat of yesterday.  It is fun though to be so busy yet do things that you love and enjoy.

Here's my check-in for today:

CARDIO:  If not raining, take a walk in the neighborhood.

FOOD:

B - Cottage cheese
S - String cheese
L - Spinach salad with spray Italian dressing and 1/4 cup feta cheese
S - Cinnamon Toast Pretzels
D - Grilled Talapia
S - Power Crunch bars

Have a terrific Tuesday as we BOTT.

Cathy

Good Tuesday morning fellow BOTTers!

Monday was a good day, I was able to get a lot done around the house. Tuesday is laundry day at the Nale household. Cathy, doesn't it feel good to be able to stay busy for a full day. Imagine trying to do all that before your weight loss. Keep up the good work. Heres the plan for today.

Exercise: Long walk w the dog

B: 3 egg white omelette w 1.5 oz chicken
S: Mozerella cheese stick
L: Turkey sandwich
S: Cottage cheese
D: Sheppards pie
S: protein shake

200+ water
vitamins

See ya on the boards.

My yesterday was not such a hot BOTT day.  A couple of things happened yesterday that triggered my old "I'm dumb - I'm not good enough" feelings and I got dereailed last night - BUT not as seriously dereailed as any time before

Today I am going to have a "full liquid" day to get back under control and on track.  Will exercise at least 30 min on WiiFit  (I did do that yesterday) and I'll come back tomorrow with a positive report.

Have a good day - unless you have other plans - it's your choice

Don't be so hard on yourself because of 1 bad day. It's like Cathy says, its not the bad day that matters so much as what you do on the next day. I will be praying for you today and know that today will be a better day. Look forward to hearing about your day.

Good Morning! Yesterday was a good day with BOTTing. Staying busy with getting ready for my daughters graduation and getting them and myself ready for college next fall.

No cardio today.

Food:

B-Low carb yogurt w/Kashi cereal
S-Protein shake
L-No idea, I have a work meeting over lunch
S-Protein shake
D-Turkey taco soup.

Lots of water and vitamins.

I am sooooo looking forward to the soup tonight as it snowed last night and the wind chill is hovering around 15 below zero. Nothing to feed the body and soul like soup on a cold day.

Hi Botters!
Well, we got back from Mexico late Sunday night and I'm still trying to get myself together.  When I left last Sunday, I had a terrible "head" cold, or so I thought.  Only 1 day into the trip and a Dr. from the hospital came for a hotel visit.  I had such terrible pain in my face.  It turned out to be strep with double ear, sinus and chest infection.  He gave me 2 shots and 4 meds. to be filled.  I was feeling better by the end of the day.  Needless to say, I didn't gain any weight on vacation.  I had a follow-up with my Dr. last night and I still have something "cooking".   So another new prescription and no working out for a few more days.  It is so GREAT to be back home!
Meals for today:
Breakfast - steel cut oatmeal w/almonds
Snack - banana w/peanut butter
Lunch - ham and cheese roll
Snack - strawberries
Dinner - chili
Hope everyone has a great day!
Deb
