HI BOTTers,

I hope everyone had a good weekend.

Here's my check-in for today:

CARDIO:  Day off

FOOD:

B - Cottage cheese
S - String cheese
L - Spinach salad with Italian dressing and 1/4 cup of Feta cheese
S - Cinnamon Toast Pretzels
D - Grilled fish with green beans
S - Power Crunch bar

Had a great weekend!

Commit to a compliant BOTT food day and at least 30 min WiiFit exercise.

Ordered some PB2 and am "pawing the earth" for it to arrive!

Good morning Cathy!
I look forward to Mondays now because I don't get to post much on weekends with working overnights and sleeping during the day and church theres not enough hours in a day. The kids are at school, my wife has left for work and I'm enjoying a cup of coffee before chores. Heres the plan for today:

Exercise: Long walk w the dog

B: 3 egg white omelette w 1.5 oz chicken
S: Cottage cheese
L: Spinich Salad w italian dressing (It sounded good Cathy so I stole your idea)
S: South Beach Bar
D: Beans and brown rice
S: Protein Shake

200+ water
Vitamins

I had a great weekend, finally it ws warm here in CT...at least wrm for us.

Exercise - 1 hour of Jazzercise = 45 minutes of cardio - 15/20 minutes of strength training

B - Egg White Veggie flatbread sandwich from D&D (only 240 calories lots of protein)
S - Orange and 100 calorie pack of almonds
L - Greek yogurt
S - Click
D - Chicken breast with 1/4 cup mashed potatoes

Good Morning and Happy Monday! The weekend was kind of a bust. We celebrated my daughters birthday yesterday and I did have a sliver of cake. We did go walking by the river on Saturday. The weather took a turn for the worse today and we are expecting 10-12 inches of the white stuff tonight. I say "BRING IT ON"! I have been itching to go skiing but the conditions have been less than stellar the last two weeks. I might even play hooky from work Thursday or Friday and head up the mountain.

Exercise for today: 45 Minutes on the treadmill
Food for today:

B-Low carb tortilla w/refried beans, egg, cheese & salsa
S-Dry roasted edamame and light string cheese
L-Turkey Chili
S-Protein Shake
D-Insides of chicken enchiladas, Salad

100 oz water & vitamins

I hope everyone has a great day because we all know Mondays are famous for being a rough day.

CARDIO: Walk Away the Pounds with stretchie band

FOOD

B:    Zone Perfect chocolate graham bar

S:    small soy yogurt with banana

L:    pizza (ate all of the topping, but half of the bread)

D:   barbecue chicken with sweet peas

S:   1/2 of Kit Kat bar (Urrrggh - My friend offered it to me, and I didn't resist, but I will be ready and  more prepared tomorrow)

          Loving me...every day...for the rest of my life!
