Hi BOTTs,

I slept in this morning so it doesn't feel like I lost an hour of sleep due to the switch to Daylight Savings Time.  Remember, Spring ahead your clocks if you haven't already done so.

Here's my check-in for today:

CARDIO:  Going to take a walk with my family around the neighborhood.

FOOD

B - Cottage Cheese
S - String cheese
L - Turkey and Cinnamon Toast Pretzels
D - Grilled fish
S - Power Crunch bar

Hi everyone!

Here is my check in for today:

Cardio:  Walk Away the Pounds DVD with stretchie band

Food:

B-  3 slices of Butterball thin and crispy turkey bacon and 1 scrambled egg in Pam

S-  Zone Perfect chocolate mint protein bar

L-  chicken with veggies

D- salmon with veggies

S-  probably some grapes or Kruncheeze protein chips


          Loving me...every day...for the rest of my life!

I waited until I got up this morning to set my clock ahead - didn't want to lose an hour of sleep LOL

Today was a great day, the weather was super, and I walked 2 miles (thought I'd only be able to walk 1) and did 20 minutes WiiFit exercise.

Was disappointed though as there was no Wii booth at the walk - just a chance to win one.  Should I win, there's a long line of family and friends who would be willing to take it off my hands.  Did get brave though and order the DDR that I think is the version I want.  So will be a "hot moma" (well, a luke warm great grand moma) one of these days

I ate out with my friends - but very very sensibly so am counting it as a compliant BOTT day. 

Commit to a compiant BOTT day tomorrow and at least 30 minutes Wii exercise.  I have 11 pounds to go to reach my goal weight according to WiiFit.  I'm going to make it!!!!!!
