Hi Cari,

I LOVE, LOVE PB2.  It is amazing stuff.

For those of you that haven't tried it yet, it passed the taste test of my sons.  Even my pickiest son likes it!  That is a true testimonial of it.

I hadn't thought of the s/f chocolate pudding but that sounds good.  I'll try that.

Thanks for the idea.  Cathy

PB2 on its own does not pass my taste test! There's just something abou****er-resonstitued peanuts that does not have the same "mouth feel" as real peanut butter. But I have come up with a comprimise.

I call it my PB mix. I use 2Tbsp of PB2 powder and a little more than a Tbsp of water. Mix to a thin consistency. Then stir in 1.5 teaspoons of real pb. This gives me appr
2 Tbsp of pb with about 100cal and 7gm of pro.

Real pb on its own usually has 200cal and 8gm pro in a 2 Tbsp serving. So with this mix I get the full volume serving for half the calories and less fat, but almost all of the protein. And it just tastes better to me than PB2 on its own.

I agree that pb2 is a great addition to sf puddings and protein shakes!

You can get single jars of it from www.netrition.com

In the past I've ordered it directly from the manufacturer, Bell Plantation, but if memory is correct you had to order a minimum of 4 jars.
