Saturday - BOTT Cafe & Cardio
Hi BOTTers,
I know - it is Friday night. Tomorrow is going to be an early day for me so I wanted to make sure I did our Saturday C&C.
Here's my check-in for Saturday:
CARDIO: Walk the mall with my family.
FOOD:
B - Cottage cheese
S - String cheese
L - Turkey and Cinnamon Toast Pretzels
S - Vegetable strips
D - 6 Morningstar Soy Sausages
S - Power Crunch bar

Well its 11:30pm and I'm sitting at work so I guess I'll post my Saturday now. When I work overnights my meal schedual gets a little flipped, lunch first then breakfast then dinner.
Exercise: nothing today, I will be sleeping most of the day
L: Tuna Noodle Bake
B: 2 boiled eggs sm bowl mixed fruit
S: Turkey sandwich w 1oz turkey
D: Chicken Quesadillas
S: Protein Shake
200+ water
Vitamins
Have a very BOTTy weekend
Exercise: nothing today, I will be sleeping most of the day

I made myself quit buying those 100 calorie packs of cookies b/c I was eating a pack a day at work and I feel the carb bloat in full force!!!!! So today I need to get back at it and be good!

I CAN BUTTPM THE WAIST BAND OF MY PANTS AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i had begun to wonder if I would ever be able to do that again before BOTT
i probably won't actually wear them until I've lost more inches (I'm guessing 3 or 4 weeks) because while they button and I can comfortably breathe, They are tight enough that my loose waistline skin bulges out over the top (anyone else been there and done that?) so will wait until that skin is "emptier" I'm so excited and thrilled - I knew I was shrinkingbut I really didn't think I could button my pants - just tried them on to see how much smaller I'd need to be before I could. I was stunned!
Without all of you I would have followed my pattern of being complient, giving in to temptation and just cruising along between 20 and 30 pounds from my goal weight . Yes, I was the one who had to be compliant, but all of you were the wind beneat my wings Just like the surgery, you are not magic wands, but you sure are one whale of a tool!!!! Thank you for being there, caring, supporting and accepting mem my angels in disguise as humans
Having said that, there's no way in the world (or anyplace felse or that matter ) that I'd muck up being compliant today!
So, I'm committing to food compliance and doing 30 min on my WiiFit. (I'm not sure a little green person is an appropriate smiley face here, but I really like it - so apprpriate or not, I'm going to use it LOL)
