Spring Fling Workout Challenge - Weekend Workout!

Hey BOTTs,

The weekend is here and my "TO DO" list is very long...truth be told I tell myself I don't have time to workout, but I have to make it a priority and move it to the top of the list  

I am still so very sore from this week's workout...today and tomorrow will be cardio.  I am going to do bag work as I really want to have my arms looking great for the summer.  Most people don't realize the bag work is not just hitting a bag.....you do 3 min rounds and then during the breaks you do cardio.  This routine is done for an hour  if you don't die first 

So BOTTs what do you have planned for the weekend workout challenge?  Come on you can do it, you can find the time......MAKE ME PROUD

Kathy, you're hitting it hard as always!!!!!!!!!

I'm going to do 30 min on the bike and then do my upper body weight workout. I too want to get my arms into better shape for the summer (the rest of me needs alot of work too, LOL!). Have a great weekend!!!!!!!

I'm going to dow at least 30 min WiiFit and will walk a mile.

Wish you could all be here with me - the sun is shining and the Gulf is beautiful

I am in Nashville for the weekend but staying on track. 

Work out:  2 miles on the Elyptical in 35 minutes and walked three miles outside.  It was such a beautiful sunny day!
Water:  56 ozs
Protein:  50 grams (pretty good considering I had to eat out, I will have to add a protein coffee tomorrow to get closer to 70).

It feels great to be BoT, thanks for all the support!
