well since I'm not feeling that well this has been a little difficult, or easy, depends how you look at it.

Today i had scrambled eggs around 10am and cottage scheese around 2pm.  Plan to have more eggs tonight arouund 6pm.  I love my eggs!!!

I have had all my water and then some.  I have had about 10 cups of decaf rasberry tea.  It has made my belly feel so much better.

How is everyone else doing?  better than me I hope!!!

you are doing great! i have extended my day 1 and 2 til saturday..... i just feel good on the protein shakes right now and since its that TOM (lol, tmi?) i am not at all hungry (but i do want to eat) and i feel this is keeping me in control and satisfying my sweet tooth.
so i think i am on the 8dpt if there's such a thing...

keep up the good work! you are doing great... can't wait to hear how you feel at the end. do feel like you are getting more full now????

I'm also on day 3.
I chose to have albacore tuna today. 3 times.lol.
but I never thought tuna & so little of it would be so good & filling.
I'm doing good getting my water down.
My tool is at work.
