3 miles on the treadmill.  My daughter, Samantha, has become my "Jillian" and changes my incline and speed all the time yelling at me!!! She also made me do some kind of crazy weight lifting for my arms while sitting on the yoga ball.....go Samillian...whip me into shape!!!!

Good for you - I can't even sit on the yoga ball without falling off
