Move To Lose Spring Challenge - Tuesday, if you are slacking, think swimsuit!

Hey BOTTs,

It's hard to get motivated when you look out the window and forget what color the sun is and grey is the new blue    But now is the time to stay on track with Movin and Losin    Trust me, before you know it, Spring will be here and you will start thinking of pretty dresses, flowers, shorts and the "S" word......SWIM SUIT    If you have been taking our challenge and working out you will be excited to buy that swim suit....we have plenty of time, but lets get going

Today I went for a 40 min walk with the dag. Picked up the pace more than previous walks and was winded at the end. Felt good although it is still a little cool here, 31 degrees.

30 minutes on the elliptical (at 5:30 in the morning-blech). Working up to an hour. Back on track starting two weeks ago!!

30 mins of the Flirty Girl Fitness Booty Beat DVD...  Wore me out!  Might do 20 or so mins on the Elliptical tonight before bed, but that's still up in the air.

On another note, I bought a bikini for summer at Aeropostale' and the medium top I got is too big!   That would be my NSV for the month, I believe!

Hi all,
 I am new to the group but I am so excited to get myself back in shape!  I am heading out in a bit for a Zumba class...wish me luck, this is something new for me!

I did much better yesterday and today getting back on track from having the flu last week but still not up to 100%.  If I do too much I get dizzy, which means I am still trying to get my hydration and energy levels back up.

Protein 58 grams
no workout yet, hoping to be able to get back to the gym soon!

Kathy  - Your motivator made me laugh.  I can't swim and don't even like getting wet - so if I think of SWIM SUIT I think of drowning and if I think of drowning it's a bit of a de-motivator - Why should I put forth the effort to exercise/stay on track of my days are numbered? 

But, I promise I will not thing SWIM SUIT and I WILL exercise and stay on track
