Tuesday - BOTT Cafe and Cardio
Hi BOTTers,
Have you ever had one of those nights when you can't find the switch to turn your brain off? I did! I've been up since 2:08 a.m. I've gotten a lot done because I had all this energy. Very strange!
Here's my check-in for today:
CARDIO: Going to try Leslie Sansone's walking/boxing dvd.
FOOD:
B - Cottage cheese
S - String cheese
L - Turkey and Cinnamon Toast Pretzel Sticks
S - String cheese
D - Egg Beaters
S - Power Crunch bar

YEAH!!! Perfect BOTT day yesterday.
I see my bariatric surgeon today for a 6 mo (from my last appointment) checkup/fill. I'm anxious to see what the results of my blood work are.
Cathy, I had to laugh when I read your post. I thought I was going to have a problem going to sleep, but I fell asleep as soon as I turned the TV off. I didn't fall asleep quite as fast as I usually do (and I usually fall asleep better with the TV on), but I sure didn't have a "sleepless" night! LOL
I earned 32 exercise minutes with my WiiFit program. And my BMI went down a tiny bit - I'm still in the obese category, but slowly approaching normal.!
I commit to a compliant BOTT day and Wii exercise when I get home this evening.

L: Asian Lettuce Wrap
S: Beef Jerky
D: Baked Chicken (Italian Style) and Veggies
S: String Cheese
I definitely need to eat better today so I planned this all out last night!

Good Morning! I did manage to walk at breaks yesterday but it wore me out, I just cannot kick this cold. The plan is just walking at breaks again today because it is supposed to be 65 degrees today and that is pretty much unheard of in Wyoming this time of year.
Food for today:
B-Low carb tortilla w/Egg Beaters, re-fried beans, ground turkey, cheese & salsa
S-Protein shake
L-Ground turkey, re-fried beans & brown rice w/cheese, sour cream & salsa
S-1/4 C. Dry roasted edamame w/string cheese
D-Elk Chili
1159 Calories, 77 Carbs, 36 Fat 113 Protein
100 oz of water and vitamins.
Sounds like everyone is doing a great job of staying on track. Hope everyone has a great day!

Monday was a very good day. I spent over 2 hours shopping at Walmart buying groceries for the next 2 weeks. I couldent find anything so I walked back and forth through the food section 10-15 times. Finally got it all done and home and put up then off to get the boys from school. Today they have a half day so it will be a busy day at the Nale house. Well heres Tuesdays plan.
Exercise: long walk w the dog
B: 3 egg white omelette with 1oz turkey
S: Protien shake
L: 2oz turkey sndwich on 12 grain bread grapes
S: South Beach protein bar
D: chicken ala king
S: Protein shake
200+ water
Vits
